Q: How do I register for my first class?
A: Create a username and password through our online scheduler (click here). Select the class you plan on attending, then choose the "Register as unpaid" option.
Q: How do I schedule my first private session?
A: To schedule your first private session, please email us.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Comfortable, movable clothing that isn't too baggy is appropriate for private sessions and for all of our classes. Some participants wear tights and leotards to the ballet classes, but it's not required.
Q: What about footwear?
A: Footwear depends on what you'll be doing during your time here. Pilates can be done in socks or bare feet. We suggest ballet shoes for Adult Ballet, jazz shoes for Jazz, sneakers for Hip-Hop and Zumba, bare feet for Yoga, and socks for Barre classes. If you don't have ballet or jazz shoes, you can try your first few classes/sessions in socks. If we're helping you with your wedding dance, bring your wedding shoes or something similar.
Q: What if I can't make it to a class or session?
A: You can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class. After that, your account is automatically charged. Private and semi-private sessions require 24-hour notice to avoid a late charge.
Q: Do the class and training session packages expire?
A: Yes, all packages expire 6 months after the start date, with the exception of the Unlimited Month of classes (1 month expiration), the New Client Class Special (2 week expiration), the Introductory Package for private training (1 month expiration), and the 8 session Group Reformer package (2 month expiration).
Q: I'm trying to register for a class but the system won't let me. What's going on?
A: Registration closes an hour prior to the beginning of class. If you are trying to get into a class at the last minute, give us a call at (773) 857-1467 or email us. Chances are, we can make room!
